DATA USAGE POLICY
The context of this document is to define how data is used by
ARInspect, Inc.
1. Information we receive from you or your employer
We collect your sign-on information such as your name, email and
mobile account number when you are signed up as a user of our
service. This is for our internal record keeping and we may use this
information to improve our products and services. We will not share
this information with any third party unless required by law.
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In
order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in
place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to
safeguard and secure this information.
2. Information we receive from end users our
application
While using the ARInspect application, we collect and analyze the
data you upload to the platform. This may include your location
information, both while in transit and in the metadata associated
with files you upload.
This data is used for site inspection verification and inspector
workflow optimization, such as getting you to your next inspection
site or re-configuring the order of your travel locations. We
incorporate Google Maps™ into our application and data collection
from that use is subject to the data collection and privacy policies
posted at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. How we use information we receive
ARInspect uses the information collected through its platform to
help regulatory agencies monitor permitted sites and improve
compliance metrics.
4. Security and bugs
ARInspect works to keep your information secure and our service
bug-free. If there is a suspected or known breach or error that
compromises any client data security, we may trigger mandatory
password resets.
5. Notice of Changes
If we make changes to this Data Use Policy we will notify you at
sign-on by providing you an additional, prominent click-through
notice.
